The right age for a diet for women

Do you feel that your diet program always fails? Maybe you should try dieting at 32.

Because as reported by dailymail.co.uk, a survey conducted by a diet product company in the UK found that 54% of women over the age of 30 are more disciplined in dieting.

"When entering their 30s, women tend to want to stay fit and fit as when they were in their 20s. Therefore they have a greater motivation to diet," the company director, Lee Smith. "Apart from that factor, the age of 30s is the age at which most women are married. So that their level of concern about finding a partner has decreased. They also find it easier to focus on dieting," he continued.

The company also found that around 60% of women actually experience failure while dieting in their 20s. Because this age is the age where you want to try all kinds of new things including new foods which of course can thwart your diet program.
