Running have some benefits for your brain

Many health experts have advised you to adopt a healthy lifestyle and increase physical activity such as exercise. They argue that exercising diligently in your 20s can have a positive impact on long-term health, including in your old age.

A study reported by bbc.co.uk again supports this statement. Research conducted by a research team from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis said that one type of exercise, namely running, can improve brain function such as sharpening memory and improving thinking skills.

Dr David Jacobs, who is one of the researchers, explained that when you run, your blood circulation runs well and smoothly. The flow of circulating blood in the heart increases so that it can supply blood needs in several other vital organs such as the brain. As a result, your brain becomes healthier and can function optimally.

"Your body is an interconnected unit. Therefore, if you take good care of the health of one of your organs, this will have an impact on the health of other organs," he explained.

So, isn't it already proven that exercise can provide extraordinary benefits to your body's health? Let's exercise from now on!
