Most people are reluctant to eat breakfast because they think that breakfast will make them fat. But in fact, a study as reported by dailymail.co.uk says that diligently eating breakfast can actually make you more direct.
Research conducted at the University of Bath compared two groups of people who eat breakfast diligently and rarely eat breakfast. This research was conducted for 6 weeks. The result, the group who diligently ate breakfast was less snacking than those who were lazy to eat breakfast.
"Surprisingly, it turns out that breakfast can influence people to be lazy to snack. So that blood sugar and food calories they consume are more controlled. Their metabolic systems who eat breakfast are better than those who don't," said Dr James Bett, lead investigator of the study.
Research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition also says that breakfast can prevent you from eating more food during the day. So, still, think that breakfast isn't important?
