Dukan diet to lose weight

There are currently around 400 different diets that all claim to help you lose weight fast. One of them is the dukan diet.

Broadly speaking, the diet recommends that you eat more protein than carbohydrates. It is said that this diet can reduce your weight by 2 kilograms in the first month.

  • Protein from animal and vegetable sources is the type of food that dominates the dukan diet menu. But you also still have to limit the amount so that your body does not have excess protein.

  • Apart from protein, in this diet you also have to consume fiber to stay healthy. Fiber can be obtained from whole wheat bread, vegetables, and fruit.
